Tutorial to use 'Rename' and 'Folder Structure Generator'

This is a step-by-step tutorial to show how to move and organize (Folder Structure)
and rename media files with NordBeat's Jukebox.
We're just using functions under [Admin->Songs] only. Well, let's go...

After you have scanned your sound files on your hard disk, you can move all these files
to a fresh root folder, like in this tutorial 'E:\myMP3'
For that use the function 'Move files to flat folder'

After moving all media files to our root folder, open a windows explorer and look for
this basic situation what we have:

I know what you're thinking now, not very exciting, I'm right?
Well, it's a good idea for a clean organisation of all sound files, when you move all
your media files to a root folder first.
Ok, move on to the next step...

We want to rename our sound files now and click Rename all file names using database tags
We decide to choose the rename format as we can see below: Artist - Song Title - Time

Click 'Rename' button and let's see the result in windows explorer:

Don't be too disappointed, my demo samples aren't too much expressive! ;-)
However, I guess you can put the best construction upon.
Look at the last four songs, if you have files with the same titles, NordBeat's Jukebox
enumerates them to prevent overwriting other existing media files!

Let's get ready to rumble and bring some tidiness to our collection.
So we click Folder Structure Generator and select folder field: Album

Click 'Create Structure' button and refresh your Windows Explorer:

Nice, ehh? You can organize your whole song collection which you please directly on
the hard disks!

You don't like current folder structure? No problem...
Click again Folder Structure Generator and select folder fields: Genre & Album

Switch to windows explorer and refresh it:

As you can see, you can select a folder structure up to four folder depth and
re-structure your music collection
! Try again step Folder Structure Album and
you can undo last step! Empty structure folders are deleted to clean up all traces...

Another important feature of NordBeat's Jukebox:
If we change the name (in the Jukebox) of Album '<no album>' to 'no known Album',
the folder names of all albums are updated immediately, see below:

Comprende?

We reached the end of this tutorial, I hope you got some impressions about the
organizing functions of NordBeat's Jukebox!

Have fun!
